A focused 1:1 session to help you stop being “good all week, then overdoing it at the weekend."

If you’re tired of holding it together from Monday to Thursday only to feel like the wheels come off every weekend, this intensive is for you.

Together we'll:

  • Identify and understand what's really driving your week vs. weekend drinking pattern.

  • Design a personalised 7‑day Weekend Reset Plan so you know exactly what to do each day.

  • Create an “if it goes wrong” rescue plan so you can respond calmly to any slips instead of spiralling.

What happens after payment

After you complete payment, you’ll be redirected to my booking page to choose your 90‑minute slot and answer a few short questions so I can prepare for your session.
